How do I review and interpret the results of my patients’ assessments?

To see if a patient has an outstanding assessment, search for the participant, select the appropriate case, and review the Assessment section.

After your patient has completed their assessment, you will see the flag “Recently Completed” on the participant page.

This prompt will indicate that you are now able to review the results of these completed assessments.

Viewing Results

Results of each questionnaire can be viewed as a List or a Graph.

List

The List view gives you an easy way to visualize

1.  Questionnaires your patient has completed

2. The completion date

3. The Score and score threshold (if applicable)

Graph

The Graph view allows you to chart your patient’s progress over the course of their care and easily identify the questionnaire scoring thresholds.

If you hover over a score, it will quickly show you the score change compared to the baseline survey taken.

Score Interpretation

Numeric Pain Rating Scale (NPRS)                                                                    Score Interpretation

Each Questionnaire will have a “Score Interpretation” section so that you can quickly review the scoring conventions, and Minimal Clinically Important Difference (MCID), if applicable.

For PROMIS Physical Function and PROMIS Upper Extremity, extensive research has been completed, linking t-score results with common functional activities. Examples of these activities are also available to you in the Score Interpretation section.

View Response

In order to better understand your patients’ scores, you can view the responses for each completed questionnaire by selecting “View Response”.
