Understanding the Standard Questionnaires by Region of Injury
The Limber Outcomes system is designed to reduce your workload by automating the collection of outcomes. The questionnaires your patient will receive are based on the Region of Injury they identify in their initial intake assessment.
What do I do if I would like to collect an outcome measure that is not on this list?
You have the ability to assign an outcome measure manually on the participant’s page. You can choose from a wide range of traditional patient-reported outcome measures, including the Lower Extremity Functional Scale (LEFS), the Modified Oswestry Low Back Disability Index, and the QuickDASH
