1. How to Find Your Access Code
If your provider has created your account and assigned your program, you should have received an email and text message at the time your program was made available (provided your contact information was entered correctly).
Your access code is a 9-letter code consisting of letters only (no numbers).
How to Locate Your Access Code:
Search your email inbox or spam/junk folder for the phrase "Home Exercise"—this is often included in the message containing your access code.
Check your text messages by searching for "Your provider"—the access code is typically included in a message sent by your provider.
If you're unable to locate your access code after checking both email and text messages, it’s possible your provider has not yet assigned your program. In this case, we recommend following up with their office directly to confirm.
Once you’ve located your access code, download and open the Limber app, tap "Register," and enter the code to begin setting up your account.
