Provider Portal - Resetting your password

If you are attempting to access your Limber Health account and are getting an error that it is has expired, it is because more than 7 days have lapsed on the initial set up email.


To fix this, please navigate to the provider portal found at provider.limberhealth.com and select the "Forgot Password?" option.


This will prompt a new setup link to send to your email! If it asks you to do it on a mobile device please disregard, as your usage is done entirely from a computer/web browser.


Once you create your password you can return to provider.limberhealth.com and log in to the portal.
