4. How to Reset Your Password in the App

If you’ve logged into the app before but can’t remember your password, you can reset it by following the steps below.

 Step-by-Step Instructions:

  1. On the app’s Welcome screen, tap “Log In.”

  2. Beneath the email and password fields, select “Forgot password?”

  3. When prompted, enter the email address associated with your account (this should be the same email your provider has on file).

  4. Once the “Send Email” button becomes active, tap it.

  5. A notification will appear stating “Email Sent Successfully.”

  6. Open your email inbox and look for a message with the subject line “Manage Your Account.”

  7. In that email, tap the “Reset Password” link and follow the prompt to create a new password.

    *Your new password must be at least 12 characters long. It does not need to include any special characters (such as #, $, or !), unless you prefer to use them.





⚠️ Didn’t Receive the Email?

First, check your spam or junk folder.


  • If the email isn’t there, your account may be linked to a different email address.

    • Try another email your provider may have used for your account.

    • If you're still unable to receive the reset link, it’s possible that your provider entered your email incorrectly. In this case, please contact their office to confirm or update the email on file.
