2. How to Register as a First-Time User

Once you’ve downloaded the correct app for your program, follow the steps below to register and create your account.

 Please make sure that you utilize the link in email and text to download the correct app!

Step-by-Step Registration:

1. On the app’s welcome screen, tap "Register."
   
   

2. Enter your 9-letter access code when prompted.
   
    *Not sure where to find your access code? Click here for help locating it.
   
   

3. Create a secure password for future logins.
   
   *Your password must be at least 12 characters long, but it does not need to include any special characters (such as #, $, or !). You may use any combination of letters, numbers, or symbols you prefer.
   
   

4. Tap "Submit" to complete the registration process.
   
   

Troubleshooting Tips:

• If the app does not respond after tapping "Submit," try turning off Wi-Fi and registering using your device’s cellular data connection instead.
  
  

If you reach the password creation screen and enter a password that meets the requirements, but receive an error stating "Wrong email or password," please double-check that you have downloaded the correct version of the app.
